Contains 29 mounted (and one loose) black and white photographs of the exterior and interior of a large mansion decorated in ornate Victorian style. Previous owner identified the house as Lynnewood Hall, Elkins Park, PA, owned by Philadelphia philanthropist and financier, Peter Widener. Some of the photographs depict his extensive collection of paintings, tapestries, Chinese procelain, statuaries, and antique furniture. One photoprint laid in at front: portrait of man standing in gallery (owner of house?).
